Brew & Battle

Barista Brawl is a 2-player cooperative trading card game set in the world of coffee shops. You and a teammate work together as baristas, surviving waves of difficult customers run by a free companion app that acts as your game master. You win together or lose together.
No, and that's the point. Barista Brawl is fully cooperative: you and your teammate survive waves of customers together, and you win or lose together. If you love card games but hate turning your friends into enemies, this is the one for you.
Two. Barista Brawl is a 2-player co-op: each player runs their own 36-card Starter Deck, and together you survive the shift. The Barista tier includes both decks, everything you need to play night one.
The app runs the customers and the store, and yes, it's required, but you've got options. Download it free on your phone, or just pull it up in any web browser with nothing to install. It also has a full offline mode: once it's on your device, no internet connection is needed. Your game night doesn't depend on the coffee shop wifi.
Boosters are randomized, 13 cards per pack from the 150-card first set, and every Booster Box (36 packs) guarantees at least one Hyper-Foil. If you want guaranteed completeness, we have a tier that includes a complete playset of all 150 first-edition cards.
Yes. Beyond the base cards, the set includes Legendary cards, Foil cards, and ultra-rare Hyper-Foil cards to chase. Many feature real Coffee N' Comics staff as playable characters.
Estimated delivery is November 2026, in your hands before Christmas. Manufacturing is already underway and half the print run is paid for, so we're finishing a run that's already rolling, not waiting on funding to start.
We ship worldwide. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your country, so you pay the real cost for your region, not a global average. Any customs or VAT charges on delivery are set by your country and aren't included in your pledge.

Kickstarter is all-or-nothing, so if we miss our goal, nobody is charged a cent. But Barista Brawl is happening either way: manufacturing is already underway and half of the print run has been paid for. Barista Brawl is rated 14+. The mechanics are learnable younger, but the humor is written for people who've survived a real shift.
No. Every illustration in Barista Brawl was hand-drawn by our artists, starting from sketches and built up through linework, color, and shading. None of the card art was generated from prompts or AI image generators. We've shared sketch-to-final progressions showing exactly how the artwork was made, which you can see on our Art Process page.
